MEXICO CITY TOUR & ANTHROPOLOGY MUSEUM
Discover one of the world´s biggest city: “Mexico City”, with its precious treasures of nature, culture, art, and history. Visit the historic center of Mexico City, with its “Zocalo” (also known as Plaza de la Constitución), the Nacional Palace (residence of the nation President) and the Metropolitan Cathedral, the largest Cathedral of the Americas.
Following, we will also pass by Palacio de Bellas Artes (the most important Opera) and the Torre Latino Americana (tower), which survived the 1985 earthquake.
Optionals (with extra cost):
- Anthropology Museum: which reveals life in Mexico from Mayan times to the Spanish conquest. It contains one of the world's largest collections of archaeological and anthropological artifacts, and offers to its visitors permanent and temporary expositions.
- Cantinas Tour: Discover the typical bars of Mexico, better known as “Cantinas”, where you can taste the local food as tacos and quesadillas, prepared in the original and local style, so as the national drinks Tequila and Mezcal. Among the cantinas, we will visit one of the most ancient in town, called "La Mascota".
- Plaza Garibaldi: Enjoy a delicious tequila aperitif, while listening to Mexican music played by mariachis (afternoon activity).
