I booked a five day Chiapas tour with Karma trails. Having been frustrated at not being able to book through one of the UK travel companies I made contact after a web search with Karma Trails. They put together the itinerary, transfers, hotels, internal flights, guides. All was organised through email except for one call before I sent money to confirm there was a genuine person at the other end. Once in Mexico the tour exceeded expectations. The guides and drivers were very professional. The guides extremely knowledgable and nice to spend several days with. The head office where in touch via what’s app during the tour to check we were happy. I left headphones at one hotel and they were helpful in getting them back to me. I would highly recommend Karma Trails. Booking directly with them cuts out the fee of the big U.K. Tour companies who would then sub contract to local Mexican firm, who I doubt could be as good as Karma Trails.
