“Excellent services from Karm Trails”

My boyfriend and I stayed only 8 days in Playa Del Carmen and we were very lucky to meet Ray from Karma Trails inside the Hotel Hacienda Paradise. Ray is a very kind person, who suggested a lot of places to go by ourselves and more importantly, patiently explained in Spanish and English every single tour we were interested in and also suggested others. We’re pleased to have chosen 4 day tours suggested by him – Chichen Itzá, Tulum/Cobá, Xcaret and Cozumel; we simply loved all of them. These tours made our time memorable.
